My Story
I worked in Singapore for three years. I know what it's like—sending money home every month, hoping everything's on track, but never really knowing for sure.When I came back to the Philippines and got into real estate, I started noticing the same problems over and over. Buyers making blind decisions because they couldn't see what's really happening back home. Investors stuck with condos that don't rent—because no one told them there were better options. Remittances meant for amortization that never made it to the bank. Sellers who couldn't offload properties because they couldn't fly home for showings.
I kept thinking: if these people knew what I know now, they wouldn't get burned like this.
So I started building tools. Calculators that account for foreign salaries. Checklists for buying remotely. Tools for sellers who can't fly home. Guides that explain what brokers won't tell you. All free, because the information shouldn't cost you anything.
I'm still a broker. I still earn commissions. But after seeing what happens when OFWs don't have good guidance, I couldn't just sell—I had to educate.
