What should I prepare before contacting you?
Nothing specific! But it helps if you have a rough idea of: your budget (or monthly payment you can afford), preferred location or area, and timeline. Don't worry if you're not sure yet — I can help you figure these out.
Is there a fee for consultation?
No. Initial consultations are always free. For buyers, my services remain free because the seller pays the broker commission. For sellers, we'll discuss commission structure if you decide to list with me.
What time zone do you work in?
I'm based in the Philippines (GMT+8). I typically respond during Philippine business hours, but I accommodate calls with clients in Middle East, Europe, and US time zones. Just let me know your preferred time.
Can you help even if I'm just starting to research?
Absolutely. Many of my clients start as "just researching" and we stay in touch for months before they're ready. Use the free tools on this site, ask questions, and reach out when you're ready.
What if I already have a property in mind?
Great! I can help with due diligence — title verification, developer reputation, price negotiation — even if you found the property yourself.
