Partner Program

Earn by Helping Fellow OFWs

Know someone looking to buy property in the Philippines? Refer them to me and earn a commission when the transaction closes. No license required.

How It Works

Simple, transparent, and rewarding

Step 1: Refer Someone

Know a friend, family member, or coworker who wants to buy property in the Philippines? Send them my way or send me their contact details.

Step 2: I Handle Everything

I take care of property search, due diligence, negotiations, financing, and paperwork. You don't need to do anything else.

Step 3: Transaction Closes

When your referral successfully buys a property and the transaction closes, I receive my broker commission from the seller.

Step 4: You Get Paid

I share a portion of my commission with you. Payment is made after the transaction closes and I receive my commission.

What You Earn

Commission Structure

15% of Broker Commission

You receive 15% of the broker commission I earn from successful transactions. For example, if my commission is P150,000, you earn P22,500. Payments are made via bank transfer or GCash after I receive my commission (typically 1-2 weeks after closing).

Partner FAQs

Do I need a real estate license?

No. As a referral partner, you're not acting as a broker. You're simply introducing people to me. I handle all the licensed broker work.

When do I get paid?

Payment is made after the transaction closes and I receive my commission from the seller. This is typically 1-2 weeks after closing. I'll keep you updated throughout.

How do I refer someone?

Send me their name and contact details via Viber or WhatsApp. Or have them contact me directly and mention your name. I'll track the referral.

What if my referral doesn't buy?

No problem. There's no obligation. If they decide not to buy or aren't ready yet, no commission is earned — but no hard feelings either.

Can I refer someone from any country?

Yes! OFWs from any country can buy property in the Philippines. I work with clients in the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, US, Europe, and more.

Is there a minimum property price?

No minimum. However, the commission is percentage-based, so higher-value properties mean higher earnings for both of us.

How do I track my referrals?

I'll send you updates via Viber/WhatsApp when your referral reaches key milestones — first contact, property viewing, reservation, closing.

Can family members be referrals?

Yes, you can refer anyone — friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances. As long as they're a new client I haven't worked with before.

Ready to Start Earning?

Send me a message on Viber. Tell me a bit about yourself and your network. No formal application — just a conversation.
