  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Guides refers to the educational content and articles published on the Website.

We do not guarantee:

  • That your loan application will be approved

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Calculator results will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Homeward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed PHP 10,000 or the amount you paid us for services, whichever is greater
