Where do I authenticate my SPA?
At the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in your host country. The document must be notarized first, then submitted for consular authentication. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
How do I get my Pag-IBIG contribution history?
Log in to the Pag-IBIG Virtual Office (online.pagibigfund.gov.ph) or visit a Pag-IBIG office. OFWs can also request through Pag-IBIG Overseas offices or partner agencies.
What if my documents are not in English?
Non-English documents typically need to be translated by a certified translator. Check with your lender — some accept Arabic contracts for Middle East OFWs without translation.
How long are documents valid?
NBI Clearance: 1 year. Employment certificates: typically 3 months. Bank statements should be recent (within 3 months of application). ID photos: no strict expiration but should be recent.
