How much do your services cost?
For buyers, my services are FREE. The seller pays the broker commission in the Philippines. For sellers, I charge a standard commission on successful sale.
Can you help if I'm not in the Philippines?
Yes, that's my specialty. Most of my clients are OFWs working abroad. We communicate via Viber/WhatsApp, and I handle everything on the ground.
What areas do you cover?
I primarily cover Metro Manila and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Rizal). For other areas, I can connect you with trusted partner brokers.
How do I know I can trust you?
I'm a PRC-licensed broker — you can verify my license. I also provide regular updates with photos and documents. No hidden dealings, full transparency.
